The Honest Path is a licensed 501(c)(3) nonprofit, led by father-son writing team Jim and Jon Ladd. Our mission is to equip young men and the people who love them with life resources, community, events, and hope.
This looks like weekly newsletters every Tuesday and deep-dive podcasts every Thursday, all delivered right to your inbox. We also lead focused cohorts, host regional men's events, and publish multiple eBooks per year exploring Biblical masculinity and culture in the 2020's.
We serve three audiences that combine to empower young men to be all they were made to be: 1) Young men themselves, 2) Parents, grandparents, and family members of young men, and 3) Older men who play an essential role as mentors, coaches, and spiritual fathers.

Jim Ladd is a Pastor, Writer, Coach, Biblical Counselor, and author. He has been a certified Coach for 22 years, and a Pastor for over 40. He has a B.S. in Biblical Studies and a Masters in Organizational Leadership.
JON
Jon Ladd is a writer. He has a B.A. in Journalism, has written for three news agencies, co-authored two books, and is editing his first novel.
